Thank you for shopping with GutFactor. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This page explains how we handle shipping and delivery.
📦 Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
🚚 UK Delivery Options
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services for all deliveries within the United Kingdom. These services are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery, giving you peace of mind .

📋 Important Information
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing a unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey via the Royal Mail website or app. You will also receive a notification upon delivery, including a photo confirming where your parcel was left .
Delivery Exclusions
Royal Mail aims to deliver to most UK postcodes with these services. However, deliveries to some remote or outlying postcodes (primarily in the Scottish Highlands and Islands) may take an extra 1-2 working days .
What Happens If You Are Out?
If you are not home when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will usually leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not possible, they will keep your parcel at your local Customer Service Point (often a Post Office) for you to collect. A "Something for You" card will be left providing details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your item.
💔 Lost or Damaged Parcels
While rare, we understand that items can sometimes be lost or damaged in transit.

Damage: If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or take photos of the damage to both the outer packaging and the product inside. Contact us immediately.

Non-Delivery: If your tracking information shows your item has not been delivered within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.
Our shipments with Royal Mail include automatic compensation cover of up to £75 for loss or damage . We will handle the claims process on your behalf to ensure you are refunded or sent a replacement as quickly as possible.
